Hospitality Services

When you enter the lobby of KHCC, you will feel an environment that is warm and kind. We like to welcome our patients, their families and friends with a smile and a hand to help. The staff at the information desk is more than happy to immediately guide you where you have to go. Our security employees are there to protect you and lend a helping hand when needed.
Patients and visitors should feel very comfortable at KHCC. To help ease stress and tension, we try to have various amenities available for our patients and their visitors. Comfortable chairs are available in designated waiting areas and the cafeteria is open most of the time stocked with snacks and beverages that may be enjoyed in your room or in the cafeteria. Meals are clean, hot and tasty and all hand prepared from scratch—thanks to our outstanding chefs.
One thing that you will notice when you enter KHCC is the fresh clean smell. KHCC has cleaning staffs who work around the clock to keep the facility clean and shiny. Smoking is absolutely prohibited within the boundaries of KHCC. Also, safety is a serious subject KHCC. Precautions to prevent patients’ falls and accidents start from the stairs and do not end at bed side. Instructions to handle fire and other emergencies are evident everywhere within the facility.
KHCC is a very busy hospital. But we never forget the human nature of our work. We are working hard to serve our patients and their families and we ask for some help and cooperation in return.
