What are morbidity and mortality meetings?
The purpose of morbidity and mortality meetings is to have monthly reviews of either conventional or selective deaths and complications of preceding periods.
When are they held?
They are held on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 1-2 pm at the KHCC Blue Auditorium.
Goals and objectives:
- To choose cases which address/identified needs of the staff (audit, quality assurance evaluations, questions or problems raised by the staff)
- To use cases that illustrate preplanned topics
