SIWAR Volunteer Program

SIWAR Volunteer Program

About the program
SIWAR (Arabic for bracelet) was chosen as the name for our volunteer program, as we see SIWAR as the unification of people together in the fight against cancer, which requires support from the entire community. Our volunteers are a special part of the care provided by the King Hussein Cancer Center. They are simply the life-blood of our organization!

Our volunteers help us to:
  • Support our cancer patients with activities that give them a much-needed break from treatment
  • Fundraise and raise awareness about our campaigns
  • Increase public awareness about cancer prevention and early detection
